Are you familiar with creating them on pen and paper or is this new to you as well? Then again when producers and investors get into a creative endever, they seem to taint it with their greed.Īrathian, creating characters in a pen and paper style game does take some time normally. Too bad you guys couldn't have gotten large amounts of funding and manpower for the project. I don't mean to harp however, it's just kind of overwhelming, it does seem to be better than the open source programs that do simliar things I have seen. The game I was trying to set up a character or two on was on 3.5 if that makes any difference. I'm not sure I could find a gm that would both wait for me to make a character and explain damn near all the program and to some degree the ruleset as well. I was hoping for a tutorial, but there isn't one, and none of the videos really help me. The progam seems good, but it's really kind of impenetriable, even to a player who will NEVER gm or make modules. I have looked up videos on youtube and they don't help me a bit. However I cannot figure out how to do this. I am waiting for a buddy of mine to maybe get the game/program before I commit to a campeign but I thought it might be kind of a good idea to make a few characters before I jump into a game to save time and not annoy the GM.
